TACETTİN DİKER
Born in 1923 in İstanbul. Graduated from İstanbul Erkek Lisesi. The artist started his studies on traditional stage plays during 1940s in People's House institutions. He directed the "Making and Playing Karagöz" (traditional shadow theatre) classes at Ministration for Turkish Culture Foundation of the Ministry of Culture, at the Department of Fine Arts in Istanbul University Faculty of Letters as well as Children's Foundation. He continued his work in many major organizations such as Istanbul Festival, Habitat II and 24th International World Theater Institutions Congress and also in various other parts of Turkey. Diker contributed with Karagöz as a guest actor to the play "Ah Karagöz Vah Karagöz" and he participated in many tours in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Greece, Austria and the United Kingdom besides his performances in Turkey. The artist has been a member of the Akbank Karagöz and Puppet Theater for over thirty years.
GÖKSEL ARSLAN
Born in 1981 and graduated from the Department of Theater, Selçuk University State Conservatory. He performed in plays "Yaşar ne Yaşar ne Yaşamaz", "Vişne Bahçesi" (The Cherry Orchard), and "Coriolanus" as an actor. He was the co-director of the plays "Leyla ile Mecnun", "Meraklısı için Öyle Bir Hikaye" and "Bekleme Salonu" staged by the Municipal Theater of Istanbul. He also directed plays at the Municipal Theater of Beykoz including "Bir Adam Yaratmak", "İbiş Yeni Evde", "Gözlerimi Kaparım Vazifemi Yaparım" and the play "Gece O Kadar Kirliydi ki İkisi de Kayboldular" in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Youth Days Festival. The artist is an MA student in Haliç University Conservatory Department of Theater since 2007.
OKAN PATIRER
The artist graduated from Istanbul State Conservatory Department of Pantomime. He worked in Bursa State Theater between 1997-2005 and participated in plays including "Bernarda Alba'nın Evi" (Bernarda Alba's House), "Orkestra", "Mutto" and "Sağlık Dostları". Later, he acted in plays of the Municipal Theatre of Istanbul including "Bir Deniz Masalı", "Kirli Hikaye", "Karagöz Geri Döndü", "Yaşar ne Yaşar ne Yaşamaz", "Vişne Bahçesi" (The Cherry Orchard), "Leyla ile Mecnun" and "Tersine Dünya". Besides being an actor, the artist performs in pantomime shows, gives drama lectures and is a puppeteer of Karagöz-Hacivat and other puppet shows.
