Faruk Eczacıbaşı
Vice Chairman of Eczacıbaşı Holding, President of Turkish Informatics Foundation
Born in 1954 in Istanbul, Faruk Eczacıbaşı graduated from Istanbul German High School. He attended Berlin Technical University School of Management and did his master's degree in the same school.
In 1980, he began to work at the Eczacıbaşı Group. Currently, he continues to work as the Vice Chairman of the Holding and as the Chairman of various institutions within the Eczacıbaşı Group.
Eczacıbaşı, who has been actively in charge at various foundations in the field of informatics, works as the Chairman of the Turkish Informatics Foundation since 1995.
