Founded to support modern art's theoretical and practical fields, the Modern Art Workshop is on the 3rd floor of the Akbank Art Centre.
As a thinking platform that analyzes and discusses modern art's interdisciplinary nature, the Workshop hosts seminars, dialogues and workshops. Lecturers from different disciplines such as artists, curators, philosophers, sociologists and historians give interactive workshops.
Having one of the best platforms with its technical hardware, Özgün Lithograph Workshop hosts lithography and serigraphy works. On the same floor, music, design and painting workshops are carried out as well including the Sarkis' "Watercolor in Water Workshop" for children.
