On The Sea Front

Bu Sahilde narrates the volatility of the summer season in a small seaside town called Erikli which is only inhabited during the summertime. The film observes the daily rhythm of Erikli and sheds light on the concept of "holiday" during the ghostly winter months.

CV
Born in Uzunköprü in 1981, Merve Kayan has been creating short films and videos since 1999. He is currently studying at the Fine Arts Faculty of San Diego University. Zeynep Dadak was born in 1978 in Balıkesir. She has been filming short films and documentaries since 2001. She is studying for her doctorate at New York University Film Studies division.
