Mud

Whilst wiping away the traces of the muddy footprints left by the man, the woman accidentally knocks over the coat stand on which her husband hangs his coat every evening. As the woman doesn't know what to do with the coat stand which is now lying in two pieces, she throws it out. When he returns in the evening, the man notices that the coat stand is no longer in its usual place and he slings his coat over the back of a chair. This unwitting act by the man triggers a strange and painful period between the man and the woman where other items disappear from their lives.

Deniz Tokcan was born on March 14th, 1987 in Istanbul. He graduated top of his class from Büyükşehir Hüseyin Yıldız Anadolu High School. He won a full scholarship to the Radio, Cinema and Television Department of TC Kadir Has University from which he graduated in 2009. Apart from "Çamur", the director also directed the clip to the song "Derya" performed by famous rock group Direc-t which was broadcast on music channels and many official internet websites. He also directed a documentary called "Sinemasal".
