The Banishment

Asiya is a Bosnian woman who is assaulted and exposed to lots of tortures at genocide in Bosnia Herzegovina which is committed by Chauvinist Serbian Forces. She meets a man in Turkey after she escaped from her homeland, and she merges into the life of him who lives in an ancestral farmhouse on an island. Müşfik tries to cure her injuries doing his best and help her to forget the past. But Asiya does not build up a new life, resists to live with her anger carrying on her pains...

I was born in İstanbul in 1977. I'm grad student at University of Marmara / The İnstitute of Fine Arts / Cinema-TV Art Discipline. I can speak English, The Ottoman, Turkish and Croatian. I'm interested in Marbling Art. I have a daoughter named Sehrazad. The Banishment ( YABAN ) is my first short movie.
