The main goal of the dance courses with children at ages 6-10 is to take them to a creative journey between dance and play. Movement quality works at the class intend to improve children's mind and body coordination and physical capabilities and ensure that they can think creatively. You can make this exercise series consisting of warm up excercises and movement quality examples with your children at home. It is recommended to pay attention to the instructor’s directions when applying the movements.
