Contemporary Improvisation and Composition Workshop

This is an improvisation workshop open to movement enthusiasts of all levels. The workshop will focus on creating instant stage performances, group compositions, and stories inspired by physical situations, starting from specific movement guidelines. It will begin with multidimensional warm-up exercises and progress to improvisational directions that expand participants’ physical tools.
The workshop is open to actors and all movement enthusiasts.
