“Jazz with Kids” will be based on Orff’s unique approach to music education and will introduce kids to the foundations of jazz rhythm through swing, body percussion, tongue twisters and games. Children will learn music the way Orff believed it should be taught (Experience first, intellectualize later) and will then get the opportunity to appear in a spontaneous jazz orchestra which will feature them playing Orff instruments such as tone bars and percussions.
This workshop is for 7-12 year old children.
Capacity is 18 people.
