American musician Aaron Goldberg is one of the most followed jazz pianists of our day with his unique style. After having grown up in Boston, where there are well-respected jazz schools and clubs, the artist met with jazz listening to legendary pianists like Kenny Barron when he was young. During his not-too-long school years in New York, he met with Avishai Cohen, Roy Hargrove and Brad Mehldau. He has taken the stage with masters like Betty Carter, Joshua Redman, Wynton Marsalis and Kurt Rosenwinkel during his career. His key feature is that he played with the same group on 5 albums that he has released so far. He says “It’s not my, nor Reuben’s or Eric’s music, it’s our music” for his collaboration with bassist Reuben Rogers and drummer Eric Harland. The musician will be taking the stage within his “The Now” tour, which has been well-praised by critics.
