Family Upcycling: Sculpture Workshop (Ages 4-8)
Workshop Coordinator: Barış Karayazgan
Time: 14:15 - 15:15
Recycling, upcycling, and sculpture, all in one!
In this workshop, families will bring together the plastic bottles and various waste materials they have been collecting at home for recycling, and transform them into colorful, fun sculptures.
In this session, the children's ideas and decisions take the lead, while the adults act as their assistants, following their direction and stepping in only when help is needed. In short, get ready to create, transform, and have lots of fun together!
IMPORTANT NOTE: We kindly ask each participating family to bring at least 5 plastic bottles of different sizes (with their caps), a variety of waste boxes and packaging found at home (preferably plastic and cardboard), and a few broken, damaged, or no-longer-used toys.
* The event will take place at YUNT.
