Contemporary Ballet Technique Lessons

The workshop program, designed for contemporary dancers, aims to examine the quality of movement with a somatic approach, at the center of classical ballet, as well as to improve the speed and coordination of the body. The classes are suitable for intermediate and advanced dancers who have taken ballet technique lessons before.
