AKBANK SANAT will host independent dancer, dance instructor and choreographer Evangelos Pulinas between March 2-6. Evangelos Poulinas gives workshops on contemporary dance technique and partnering in Germany, Italy, France, Lithuania, Poland, Switzerland, Greece, the Netherlands, China, Hong Kong, Marau, the U.S. and Sweden.
Evangelos Poulinas
Evangelos Poulinas holds an MFA in dance from the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, a diploma from the Athens State School of Dance and a Bachelor from the Physical Education Department, Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki. He has been credited scholarships from numerous prestigious foundations like: Alexandros S. Onassis Public Benefit Foundation, New York University, Greek State Scholarship Foundation and danceweb europe. As a creator Evangelos has shown work in the Asia, Canada, U.S.A. and Europe and as a dancer he performed in creations by: Johannes Wieland, Maxine Doyle, Katarzyna Gdaniec and Marco Cantalupo, Marcel Leemann, Constanza Macras, Konstandinos Rigos, Nigel Charnock, Jasmin Vardimon, Wim Vandekeybus among others.
