Director of photography; what does he do, where does his job start and end, what are the ways of working? Feza Çaldıran, a highly experienced director of photography, will share his experiences in this workshop.
Feza Çaldıran was born in Çanakkale on July 24 in 1970. After completing his education, he stepped into cinema in 1996 as a camera assistant in Yavuz Turgul's film, Eşkıya. He started being director of photography with Derviş Zaim’s film Çamur. He worked in films like Saklı Yüzler, Sonbahar, Çınar Ağacı, Gelecek Uzun Sürer, Yük, Kırımlı, Kuzu, Daha. He received the Best Director of Photography Award at the Ankara Film Festival and the 41st Siyad Awards with the film, Sonbahar. He has won many awards from numerous festivals.
