Rhythm Inside Me
The “Rhythm Inside Me” workshop, managed by Sahne İstanbul, is a group of activities that are designed to help children understand the concept of “improvisation” - one of the most powerful elements of jazz music. In these activities, children can express themselves and their emotions and explore their skills by accompanying rhythms with improvised sounds, made with pan lids, plastic cups, cans, by stamping and clapping or using their own bodies. In this workshop, using their inner voice, children will get the chance to find by themselves the most appropriate rhythm for popular jazz songs.
