This year the guest of Short to Feature is young and successful director Erdem Tepegöz. The films of this section are, The Particle, an award-winning debut feature, his two short films and a short documentary. The director, will share his experiences in Short to Feature with festival audience.
Biography
Erdem Tepegöz was born in 1982. Graduated from Dokuz Eylul University, Department of Economics. He studied film directing in Prague. ZERRE (The Particle), his debut film that he had written and directed won almost 23 awards and the film was screened in 30 countries. The director received many praises from cinema critics on his social realist cinema. His second feature film in the science fiction genre "IN THE SHADOWS" received the Grand Prix award at the Moscow Film Festival and 5 awards from the Golden Orange Film Festival. He consulting to many projects as a supervisor and continues his master degree in the field of Anthropology at Yeditepe University.
