Mehmet Uluğ held the director position of Akbank Jazz Festival from beginning of the festival till his passing in 2013. Representing the festival at one of Europe’s most important music organisations Europe Jazz Network and managing the festival for 23 years Mehmet Uluğ, made countless special projects working with various highly talented musicians from across the globe. Hosted by İlhan Erşahin, Mehmet Uluğ will be remembered by his friend’s from the Turkish Jazz world with a very special evening. All the ticket revenues will be donated the to Kaş Müzik Evi which is established on behalf of Mehmet Uluğ.
