We depicted our province of Ordu, where greenery meets with the blue, with its matchless beauties through the eye of a cloud. We wanted to tell about Ordu by way of something that sees the city in every detail for twelve months and four seasons, that permeates the city and knows its secrets; not only knows, but has a part in it. Nothing but a cloud could do that. Coming to existence on high mountains of Ordu, the cloud turns into water and rests in lakes, then turns into cascades and gushes, then comes down to the city of woodworks and greenery, and finally reaches the sea giving life to Ordu and its natives.
