REMIX Conversation Series: Product Design: Production and Usage Restatement - Can Altay (Artist, Design Researcher)

Does it change from the original idea of absolute originality and preliminary / aesthetic production which were produced from nothing?

Is it being created by carrying a new, old-fashioned item again, changing it, transforming it, or putting it in another context?

Will any previously designed / finished / written works can take different roles and also be the "new" itself?

Is it possible to produce "recycled" designs from old ones?

How is "REMIX" done?

This speech series aim to discuss during the "BÜLENT ERKMEN / REMIX" exhibition, to search for answers, to point out the practices that are brought to mind by the word "Remix" in different disciplines.
