On Sunday, October 6, at The Circle, Tuğçe Şenoğul’s powerful and emotional jazz vocals will accompany Selût’s deep and rich musical textures. The duo will also present their acclaimed collaboration, “The Rest of the World,” inviting you to a magical atmosphere and an experience that transcends borders. Selût is a versatile artist who creates both music and illustrations. Her music is experimental, blending elements of ambient, acoustic, jazz and global genres with her powerful vocals. She describes her musical performances as original concerts that accompany her visual works, which she produces under the name Cosmicnutz. This innovative approach pushes the boundaries in both disciplines. Tuğçe Şenoğul is an independent composer, singer, and songwriter from Istanbul. Following her work with the bands Kahinar and Seni Görmem İmkansız, her solo career, in her own words, represents an amalgamation of the diverse genres she loves and explores, blended with her unique vision. In addition to her music, Şenoğul creates inspiring works with her stage costumes and employs an experimental approach to live performance.
