Production Responsibility and Executive Producing in Cinema
As part of the Akbank Short Film Forum, a talk will be held where producer Ahmet Şahin, who has been involved in numerous projects including About Dry Grasses, Ethos and Clair Obscur, will share his experiences on turning scripts into productions. The workshop will focus on the responsibilities during the production process and the intricacies of executive producing.
About Ahmet Şahin
Ahmet Şahin was born on June 30, 1980, in Kastamonu. He completed his undergraduate education at Anadolu University in 2010. He has worked as a Production Manager and Executive Producer on numerous TV series and films, including Kuru Otlar Üstüne (About Dry Grasses), Ceviz Ağacı (Silenced Tree), Tereddüt (Clair Obscur), Ela with Hilmi and Ali, Cici (Gorgeous), and Bir Başkadır (Ethos). He is currently still active in the industry as a producer.
