How is it possible to open the doors of the city to various venues accompanied by music in a city where its venues have taken on characters through music? Studying the city’s relationship of venue and music, understanding a network where each element building that place melts into one another. The conceptual and symbolic practices music plays in how the venue becomes a member of the plot create a powerful wholeness. As music, can location/venue also become a dynamic wholeness which actually center around people? It probably cannot be denied that a people centered whole to develop an organic relationship with the city. To study the synergy of venue and music going hand in hand, to explore the city’s foundations around these two elements, Türkiye Caz Ağı (Turkey Jazz Network) invites you to the panel “Müzik Yoluyla Mekânı Kavramak” (“Understanding the Venue through Music”).
