AKBANK SANAT x ÖZYEĞİN UNIVERSITY
"Design Idea Club" is a series of colloquiums co-organized by Özyeğin University/Faculty of Architecture and Design and Akbank Sanat, during which the state of design discipline in Turkey and around the world will be discussed. The struggle of design in Turkey to exist as an independent discipline, especially in the fields of industrial design, communication design, and interior architecture and environmental design, and its relationship with other fields such as art, technology, and gastronomy will be the focus of the talks. Each colloquium will be comprised of one moderator and three speakers that will bring together the leading intellectuals of the field and will become a fresh contribution to design thinking in Turkey.
* This seminar is for free. Participation is limited to 120 people and the entrance invitations can be obtained 1 hour before the event from Akbank Sanat Info Desk. Events will be held in Turkish.
