Gün (27) returns to her hometown following the death of her grandmother. She starts to face burial procedures and the culture in which she has already become a stranger. She constantly encounters an obstacle or new necessity. While she has a heavy cross to bear, she cannot do one thing.

Beril Tan was born in August 21st, 2000 in Izmir, Turkey. She graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Cinema and Television department. While she was studying, she worked in film industry. She finished her first, Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism, funded short film (A Different Kind of Mourn) right after she graduated.
