Feride, a tailor, is calm and introverted woman. She keeps on her marriage without questioning. She got used to being alone by herself until she feeds she may lose her daughter too. She sets the table and waits. But the night brings about an unexpected incident. Feride has to make a decision.

Buse Halaçoğlu has been working in the commercial and cinema sector for 4 years as a director's assistant. She received her bachelor's degree from the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Boğaziçi University in 2013. While studying at Bogazici University, she received a Film Certificate. As a student, she directed many short films but "As the Night Leaves" is her first professional short film. She is doing a masters degree at Kadir Has University, Department of Cinema and Television.
