Andrew Betzer is an independent filmmaker based in the New York area. His films have played in numerous festivals including Cannes, London, Rotterdam, Tribeca, SXSW, Slamdance and The New York Film Festival. In 2008, his short film “Small Apartment” won the Grand Jury Award for Best Narrative Short Film at SXSW. In 2009 my short film "John Wayne Hated Horses" was an official selection of the 2009 Cannes Directors' Fortnight. In 2015 he made his first feature film, "Young Bodies Heal Quickly".
