CV
Gökçe Erdem is a Toronto-based writer and director originating from Istanbul. She holds a BFA in Film, Video & Integrated Media from Emily Carr University of Art & Design. Her works have been supported by the Canada Council for the Arts, Ontario Arts Council, Toronto Arts Council and the Turkish Ministry of Culture. She was one of the selected directors to participate in the - 2018 .... Locarno Filmmakers Academy; also an alumna of the Talents Sarajevo and Reykjavik Talent Lab. Gökçe is currently developing her debut feature-length project.
