Ada Canata
Musician, songwriter, composer, and producer Ada Canata stands out with her unique musical approach bringing vocals and the harp together. She blends the rich heritage of the harp with jazz, pop, soul, Turkish music, and classical European music. Born and raised in Eskişehir, Canata began her harp education at the age of 10 at the Anadolu University State Conservatory. Performing on prominent platforms such as the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, Antalya State Symphony Orchestra, Bodrum Music Festival, and Sofar Sounds İzmir, she has won awards in national and international competitions. Canata was accepted to Berklee College of Music with a full scholarship at the age of 17 to study Songwriting, Recording and Production, and she graduated in 2026. Continuing her career in Los Angeles, Ada Canata will be at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum on Sunday morning, September 27, as part of the 36th Akbank Jazz Festival.
