Lis (Asta Nielsen) wants to test weather her fiancé is actually a man worth marrying, and disguises herself as a man so that she could teach him how to win women’s hearts. This romantic comedy with a change of appearance unveils Nielsen’s versatile acting.

Surviving 16 minutes fragment from The Film Primadonna (1913) will be shown before the screening of The ABC of Love.
