The seventh guest of the talk series entitled “Digital Art Now” which is focusing on the working practices of the artists who work by the means of the digital expression possibilities is HA:AR.
HA:AR is an artist duo consisting of sculptor Hande Şekerciler and digital artist Arda Yalkın which uses many practices, such as sculpture, painting, video, animation and 3D modeling together. Their love for both classical art, the craftsmanship of that period and new technologies, enabled them to work on a new form of expression. Overall their practice is informed by questions relating to the civilization we create, the technology we produce, and conflicts we generate with our way of being. Their work has been exhibited internationally in galleries and museums in Turkey, USA, Spain, Italy, France, England, Greece and Russia.
