What is the Function of Dramaturgy?

Under the roof of Akbank Sanat, we gather to reflect on the function of dramaturgy, one of the primal elements of staging. To understand a text as a body (corpus), we will break it into pieces and explore the processes of learning, identifying, and interpreting as we move from the parts to the whole. We will examine the tools and methods used in these processes and how they function.
