Hidden Treasure

Hidden Treasure is a shadow play performance where modern Karagöz characters, nature and animals from Cyprus are presented in harmony. The play explores the perception of “wealth” from variable points of view, emphasising the significance of the harmony of life, keeping the environment clean and solidarity.
Throughout the play, Karagoz follows the directions on a map in which he expects to find a treasure yet he finds out a fountain that makes him temporarily transform to a form which makes him communicate with the animals. He follows an adventure in the Karpaz National Park in Cyprus making the audience excited and enjoy interactively with live songs.
