JAmZZ Sessions
Providing a platform for the development and stage experience of young jazz musicians, the JAmZZ Masterclass brings together diverse instrumentalists while offering its standout talents the opportunity to perform at the Akbank Jazz Festival. Seven musicians, selected from last year's program during the 35th Akbank Jazz Festival, are reuniting on stage for this year's JAmZZ Session. The ensemble, featuring İdil Duru Koyuncu on saxophone, Kemal Mutluergil on trumpet, Efe Selvi and Emre Başer Alp on guitars, Muhammed Habib Haznedar on double bass, and Emin Poyraz Urhan and Abdullah Örs on drums, brings diverse educational, production, and stage experience to this gathering. Showcasing the seven young musicians whose paths first crossed in last year's Masterclass program, the JAmZZ Session will take place at the Akatlar Cultural Center on Sunday, October 4.
