Yoga practice gives you physical strength and flexibility. With the relaxation of the physical body, our breath deepens and begins to move freely within the body. As we remain in yoga poses with a relaxed body and free breath, our minds also come along this and begin to calm down. A Hatha Yoga branch Vinyasa Yoga is the practice for performing flowing pose combinations in coordination with the breath. Vinyasa flow gives warmth to the body and allows the student to go deeper in gradually progressing poses.
