ACTING WORKSHOP
People have been in need of self-expression since their existence. Theater was born with music, dance and imitation when language was not yet formed in the history of humanity and changed have been changing shape and form over the ages, but remained the same in essence: to express oneself. It has become a tool to express the feelings one has inside.
Akbank Sanat Acting Workshop will be proceeding every Saturday in Multi-purpose Hall located in Akbank Sanat through four main elements of acting; Body Awareness, Sound, The Rythm of the Stage, and Acting Techniques. In the workshop series moderated by Ömer Akgüllü, different workshop contents will be organized every week in the form of 3-hour workshops where both theoretical and practical applications are blended together with the participation of experienced professional guest trainers. Workshops do not require consistent attendance and can be attended on a weekly basis.
