21st Akbank Short Film Festival “Forum Scriptwriting Competition” Finalists Announced
The finalists of the ‘Forum Scriptwriting Competition’ of the 21st Akbank Short Film Festival, which will take place for the 21st time from March 17-27, have been announced. The festival aims to encourage the production of short films, promote new works in this field, and support new filmmakers who contribute to the national cinema.
A total of 8 scripts have been selected as finalists for the “Forum: Scriptwriting Competition,” which will be held as part of the 21st Akbank Short Film Festival. The project owners who have made it to the final will present their works to the jury members during the festival: director Vuslat Saraçoğlu, actor Erdem Şenocak, and scriptwriter Erdi Işık. During the Akbank Short Film Forum, which will take place on March 22-23, scriptwriter Erdi Işık will conduct a workshop.
The winner of the “Best Script” award will receive a prize of 70,000 TL from Akbank Sanat.
The 21st Akbank Short Film Festival will offer a rich program with workshops and talks for cinema enthusiasts to enjoy for 10 days.
